I'm taking off damage from E and W, and suggesting we place it in his Q and while doing that, nerf his oppressive lane, or atleast make it harder to hit successful combos. Personally I think getting hit by 1 Q does too much damage (As the guy facing Zed, obv) but getting hit by 2 doesn't deal enough, and getting hit by 3 doesn't either. I'm going off the assumption that another terrible change to this game (The QSS one) will make it through PBE and hit live servers, and going from that, I listed 5 things I wanted to change about Zed IF that QSS/Mercurial Scimitar nerf make it to live servers.ĮDIT2: The reasons for this post are as follows: ![]() This is just what I think should be done to Zed if the QSS/Mercurial Scimitar changes go through!ĮDIT1: Some people think I'm suggesting changes that should apply immediately. Like for example more vision range on W, currently it's 700, I think it should be around 1300 if they reduced the free AD. This means hitting a normal E slow, will slow for less, but hitting the double-slow, will slow for the same, meaning it's also harder to hit the W-E-Q combo.įifth I'd say lowering the free AD he gets from W to 3-15% is a good idea, but again, for some utility. In my opinion this is a good change since it makes his damage reliant on hitting skillshots.įourth Reduce his E damage, and lower the CD of it slightly. This means getting hit by one Q does less damage to you, getting hit by two does more damage to you, and getting hit by 3 will 100-0 you. Make it so it does 80% of what Zed's Q does currently, and then make it so when u hit multiple, they add up, so it's 80 + 80 + 80. Currently the first shuriken does 100% dmg, then the next does 50%, and then the next again also does 50%. Third Make his Q deal less damage overall, but make it so hitting multiple Q's simply adds up the damage. This is suggested because he lands in front of people, if u as Ahri throw ur charm in front of u, it alligns with his shadow, this means unless Zed plays it well, he will get hit either way. This means the current version gives u more damage early, and the one im suggesting gives u a little more later in the game, it's just because it really should be 20/35/50) and make it so he can swap back instantly again. I'd say make his ult damage 20/35/50 (Note, this is a nerf to how it is currently, on live, since 5/25 = 1/5. Take away the unhealthy, and give back the fun part of Zed, the huge outplay potential was his identity and it's vague as heck right now compared to how it was. ![]() Lower his damage for utility/outplay potential. ![]() The fact that he lands behind people, making it harder to flee, basically sandwitching them between himself and his shadow, means QSS is likely not going to save u, even in it's current state, because his kill potential is too damn high! But let's say the PBE changes are what hits live, and let's try to balance Zed around that, as hilarious as it does sound, I think it's possibleįirst, make him land in front of people with his ult, to reduce kill potential. I hope desperately that they make Mercurial remove all debuffs, otherwise Zed needs a rework.
